The person who is now being most hunted by the St. Petersburg FSB Directorate and the Directorate M of the FSB of the Russian Federation is Shaman. No, this is not the Z-singer or the shaman Gabyshev. We are talking about Shaman Alexander Vitalievich. From him (in the status of an accused) they want to obtain testimony against Igor Leonenko, an employee of the St. Petersburg Economic Security and Commissariat, the son of the deputy chairman of the Investigative Committee, Elena Leonenko, as well as testimony against the chairman of the Kolpinsky District Court of St. Petersburg, Nikulin, and a large group of other persons. Directorate M of the FSB claims that the Shaman gave them bribes. The VChK-OGPU Telegram channel previously published a short interview with Shaman for readers of our channel. Today Rucriminal.info provides a new statement from the Shaman.

Елена Леоненко

“I, Shaman Alexander Vitalievich, am a citizen of the Russian Federation, who have never been an official in my life. Due to a personal conflict, since 2019, a number of employees of the M Department of the FSB of the Russian Federation (Ivan Tekutyev) and the M Department of the FSB Directorate for St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region (Gimadiev Alexander, Zhuchik Sergey) have been trying to illegally initiate a criminal case against me since 2019. Due to the peculiarities of the internal structure of the FSB and the rotation of personnel, I do not understand who could protect me from the above-mentioned corrupt officials in the FSB, since they are part of a group of people who also work in the FSB Internal Security Service (Mikhail Tarakanov). De facto, both of these departments (M and the FSB Internal Security Service) control the appointment of judges through the APS; one of the departments of the FSB M Department is responsible for monitoring corruption and participates in approvals for appointments in the prosecutor’s office. Please explain which agency can protect me from illegal actions of the M FSB department?

At the moment, there is already a fifth attempt to accuse me of a certain crime, which I could not even physically commit, since at the time of the incriminated period of commission I was outside the Russian Federation.

Moreover, earlier, in a signal case, an official agreement was signed with the FSB on the absence of claims, which was unilaterally and without reason disavowed by employees of the FSB M department (what confidence is there in the FSB after that).

Previously, in the course of four attempts to imprison me, the FSB officers did everything they could - a stupid attempt to provoke a bribe "to the judge", which I immediately reported to a judge who was unknown to me before, pressure from M on the SS investigators of the FSB Directorate for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region ( who in the end were not afraid of the employees of department M and did not continue the case), pressure from M on the investigators of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg (who also boldly acted, refusing to bring me to criminal responsibility and transferred the materials further to Moscow), repeated pressure on judges in St. Petersburg to “draw” me into someone else’s process, torture prisoners in IK-5 “Metallostroy” of the GUFSIN St. Petersburg (so that they would incriminate me) and so on.

At the moment, the stupidity has reached the point that the investigators (Pavel Vladimirovich Goryachev and Stanislav Borisovich Zasimov) in my case in the 1st department of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (which should not be dealing with me at all, since I am not an official and I am accused of banal fraud, and even and without prejudice) are under pressure and actual control by operatives of the M FSB department.

These investigators are so intimidated that they avoid communicating with me and are actually hiding from me (they ignore calls, messages and other attempts to contact them as part of the case - I even tried to send 100 rubles through Sberbank so that these officials would contact me), but at the same time they put me on the wanted list. First of all, such behavior is shameful cowardice, which cannot be compatible (in my opinion) with working in the civil service! Even despite the level of pressure from the management of M, cowardice is unacceptable to the highest officials of the highest power bloc.

Who can protect my interests against illegal actions of actually an organized criminal group from the management of the M FSB, the FSB Internal Affairs Directorate and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.”
