AVA Group, owned by the famous Kuban businessman Vahan Harutyunyan, voiced its philosophy - sustainable development. According to the company on its telegram channel, part of its job is to look into the future and build it. The AVA Group strategy is based on a conscious attitude to the impact of its activities on nature, society and the company itself.

Sounds nice. Especially against the backdrop of the scandal with the Multiplex Kino residential complex, which the VChK-OGPU telegram channel wrote about. LCD shareholders have not been able to get their apartments since 2017. That year, Deputy Prosecutor General Andrei Kikot promised the deceived Krasnodar residents that all those responsible for the current situation would be held strictly accountable. The implementation of Kikot’s promise fell on the shoulders of the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, and the prosecutor, Sergei Tabelsky. Details at Rucriminal.info.

In 2018, Telekomstroy LLC, owned by Timur Razakberdiev, was chosen to complete the construction of the problematic facility. Currently, he is the general director of SZ Alfa-SK LLC, the developer of the Multiplex Kino residential complex, whose founder is Vladimir Rozhkov. In this post, Rozhkov replaced Razakberdiev in 2022. In 2021, Vahan Harutyunyan’s AVA Group of Companies LLC became the owner of Telekomstroy LLC. And in August 2023, Telekomstroy LLC changed its name to SZ Telekomstroy LLC.

Until the moment of involvement in the completion of the Multiplex Kino residential complex, the SZ Telekomstroy company had zero revenue and profit, so the choice of Kuban officials seems more than strange. Most likely, they suggested in advance that the problematic facility would be completed by AVA.

Since 2020, SZ Telekomstroy LLC has no revenue or profit; the share of its founder, AVA Group of Companies, is under the encumbrance of VTB Bank. AVA has not made a profit since 2019; in 2022, the loss increased by 33% and amounted to RUB 541 million. with revenue increasing by 396%, reaching 99 million rubles. The shares of the founders of AVA Group of Companies LLC, Vahan Harutyunyan and Konstantin Sigachev, are also under the encumbrance of VTB.

All companies that are taking part in the completion of the Multiplex residential complex are interconnected and are at a loss. They don’t have money for construction, as Harutyunyan’s right hand Konstantin Sigachev recently stated.

Things are no better in other AVA structures - SZ Land LLC, with 0 employees on staff, received a loss of 182 million rubles in 2022, the company has not had a profit since 2020. Specialized Developer ASK 6 LLC went into the negative by 127 million rubles, there are no employees in the company. A similar situation is in Ava-Development LLC, which ended 2022 with a loss of 35 million rubles.

At the same time, the businessman feels so confident in the region that, according to the VChK-OGPU telegram channel, he is trying to put pressure on the chairman of the regional court, Alexei Shipilov, who replaced Alexander Chernov in 2019, he held the post for 25 years and was a patron “golden judge” Elena Khakhaleva.

Apparently, Vahan Harutyunyan’s relationship with the new head of the Krasnodar Regional Court did not work out. The courts suddenly began to issue decisions ordering the restoration of the deadlines for appealing illegal decisions that legalized the unauthorized construction projects of the AVA company.

A principled position regarding Vahan Harutyunyan was taken by his namesake Armen Harutyunyan, head of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnodar Territory and judge Vladimir Kislyak, who in 2020 was elected Chairman of the Council of Judges of the region.

Vahan Harutyunyan, together with his accomplice Robert Khakhalev, the husband of an ex-judge who fled Russia, are trying with all their might to use “heavy artillery” in the Supreme Court and the Prosecutor General’s Office, promising their opponents serious problems. It even got to the point of direct threats. In the summer of 2022, Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov removed Andrei Kikot from overseeing the Southern Federal District, so accomplices Harutyunyan and Khakhalev have to act outside the legal framework.

In the summer, the owner of AVA got into another scandal. The telegram channel “VChK-OGPU” published information about the Oras plastic window factory, owned by Amir Aldhab, illegally operating in Krasnodar. In 2022, the company received revenue of 1.8 billion rubles. and profit of 165 million rubles, it grew by almost 300%.

From 2017 to 2022, Amir Aldhab was the founder of SZ Businessproject LLC, which is now owned by AVA Group of Companies LLC. From 2017 to 2023, he owned Investgroup LLC, now its founder is Vahan Harutyunyan and ZPIF YUSTA.

The Oras plant, which generates almost 2 billion in revenue, according to documents, is under construction, illegally connected to communications, for the use of which, most likely, it does not pay. And such a phantom enterprise is visited by Governor Veniamin Kondratyev, who has surprisingly warm feelings for Vahan Harutyunyan.

A source from the telegram channel “VChK-OGPU” reported that the Fourth Court of Cassation, headed by Alexey Shishkin, may be in the service of Vahan Harutyunyan . It overturns the decisions of lower courts to confiscate illegally acquired land from Harutyunyan’s companies. He got the plots as a result of a scam that scammers pulled off several years ago. When everything was revealed, the prosecutor's office initiated lawsuits against the owners of the plots and they were arrested. Thanks to the corruption miracles of Alexey Shishkin, the illegal land will be returned to Vashan Harutyunyan legally.

Having “legal” support from Governor Veniamin Kondratyev, regional prosecutor Sergei Tabelsky and head of the 4th cassation court Alexei Shishkin, Vahan Harutyunyan can do whatever he wants in the region. And even the change in the leadership of the regional court did not greatly affect the position of the head of AVA.

Alexey Shipilov's predecessor, Alexander Chernov, was a favorite of the head of the Supreme Court, Vyacheslav Lebedev, who has held his post since 1989. With such a “roof” you can look into the future and build it.
