Alexey Kulikov, a resident of Krasnogorsk near Moscow, had an online store related to weapons. Over the years, acquaintances and connections have been established in this area. Among those with whom Kulikov came into contact was a man whom, apparently, the investigation had its eye on - nicknamed White Elephant. We've been wanting to take it for a long time, but didn't know how. We decided through Alexey. They introduced themselves as ordinary people and asked for help buying ammunition. Kulikov made a mistake and agreed. Next, the employees made several more test purchases, where Alexey acted as an intermediary. It should be noted that the employees themselves requested that weapons be converted from blank weapons into combat weapons. And they even provided these non-military weapons for conversion. In legal language, all of the above is called provocation. Since Alexey had nothing for sale and he was the first to offer nothing. But when he was detained and offered to slander the White Elephant, he refused. It was not he who did the alterations at all: he would only consult with a person on certain issues. In response, the investigation began to take revenge. Details in the material Rucriminal.info.

During the investigation, Kulikov was put under pressure for the version of testimony that law enforcement officers needed. Sometimes they even simply wrote them for him, and put false signatures under them, which only vaguely resembled Alexei’s signature.

At the same time, they excluded the lawyer from the scheme of communication with the suspect: they called the meetings not interrogations, but conversations. They were pressured, threatened, and only when they received the entire set of testimony they needed did they deign to formalize the interrogation with the invitation of a lawyer.

According to Alexey, his wife, Alexandra, also appeared in the criminal case thanks to the investigators. In the materials she appears almost as Kulikov’s “right hand,” although she had nothing to do with his work at all. Alexey says that his wife signed everything that the investigators demanded after “preventive conversations.”

Kulikov recorded what they were like on a tape recorder when he realized that the investigators, having believed in their superiority, had lost their vigilance.

“If you want to behave like this with us, then Slava will come and tell you how you got your daughter involved, because your daughter knew how you got involved and where (your daughter was 8 years old at the time). Do you want to flash your daughter?” "No". “Either this, or we don’t play with you at all,” threatened the investigator for especially dangerous cases of the 3rd department of the department for investigating organized criminal activities, Alexander Viktorovich Zabrodin. According to rumors, he himself got into trouble and was quietly sent into retirement. Investigator Evgeny Kosarev was involved in forging the signature on the protocol of Alexey’s first interrogation. Which, by the way, has already been seen falsifying evidence in one high-profile case of bloggers. The guys there also received a huge sentence. Telegram channels have previously reported this several times. For some reason, the court did not pay attention to the identical testimony of different witnesses, which sometimes coincided by 99% and differed only in last names. No one was even surprised by the fact that one of the witnesses, who allegedly gave testimony in May 2023, had not been to Moscow for 2 years and publicly stated that he did not give this testimony at all.

But the wildest thing happened at the trial: Judge Svetlana Zaretskaya decided to simply not pay attention to the fact that Alexey’s illnesses are directly indicated in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 54 of 02/06/2004 as “preventing the serving of a sentence.” The sentence - 12 years of strict regime - is tantamount to sending to death a person whose muscle tissue has been eaten away by the disease. Like, if Kulikov wants to, then let him sit down first. And the FSIN will order an examination. She will make a decision and prepare a conclusion. According to the most conservative estimates, this will take about a year. But Alexey, with his illnesses and current condition, will not live even a week in the penitentiary system: the level of muscle atrophy has reached its maximum, and his weight has reached its minimum: 47 kg.

All diseases of a disabled person of the first group are congenital. These are spinal muscular atrophy, myopathy and polyneuropathic syndrome in severe form. Over the years, their consequences only increase. Alexey never walked independently at all. But, there was a time, I could do this while holding on to someone. Now it’s just a stroller. The arms, legs, chest and back seem to be tied into a knot - this is the result of deformation of the bones and joints.

Alexey's wife, Alexandra, also suffered from an incurable disease - autoimmune hepatitis. During the period of investigation and severe stress, I felt worse. In July 2023, she was admitted to the hospital. And two months later, in September, she died.

For Alexey it was a tragedy. Probably, after Alexandra’s death, he would have agreed to everything: prison, and even death, if not for his daughter, Alice. She turns 10 on January 23rd. The girl was born absolutely healthy to parents with deadly, chronic diseases. For her sake, Alexey fought and is fighting: against violations of the investigation, against a court decision that contradicts the regulatory framework. That's only if it makes sense if the charge is signed deputy general prosecutor?

On January 15, Alexey was even denied hospitalization at a specialized hospital with the wording (the diseases are not curable and there is no point in being here). Until the sentence came into force, Alexey was under house arrest and the court released him to undergo treatment. And here such a contradictory picture emerges that it is already too late for Alexei to receive treatment, but serving his sentence in a maximum security colony is quite normal.

He fully admits his guilt. I agree, I made a mistake. But do the servants of Themis have the right to break the law themselves? Sentence a person to death? Yes, it didn't work out the way they planned. White Elephant received only a short sentence - Kulikov did not slander him. Alexei’s wife, who they also wanted to imprison, died. If Kulikov also dies now, no one will know about the blackmail, forgeries and threats. But for the sake of his daughter, Alexey does not intend to remain silent: after all, if he is gone, the main joy and meaning of his life - Alice - will remain an orphan.
