Head of «Evrotsement group» Philaret Galchev gave Pavel Krotov $ 600 million, as Vedomosti reported, citing one of the creditors of the company. To do so, Galchev had to borrow from the "Savings Bank" about 700 million dollars.

According to market participants, Krotov represents the interests of Adam Delimkhanov (associate to Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov) became the creditor of Galchev by buying discounted debt from Gregor Krasnyansky, partner of Galchev in Evrotsement.

A source close to "Eurocement Group» told the publication that Galchev has no free money to pay for the debt, and he had to take the credit. Galcheva has long-standing relationship with the "Savings Bank": when in 2005 he bought cement plants from Elena Baturina, he took $ 800 million for the transaction in "Savings Bank". Galchev is considered the major shareholder in Sberbank - two years ago, he declared ownship of 1,85%.

Evrotsement has bonded five plants out of 13 in the "Savings Bank": the Maltsovsky plant(100%), the Savinsky plant (100%), the Nevyansky plant (86,4%), the Ulyanovsky plant (77,5%) and the "Zhigulevskye building materials» (62%). By the report of Evrotsement for 2009, on January, 28 it received 27.94 billion rubles from the "Savings Bank".

Debt of Galchev to Sberbank can now be up to 49 billion rubles. Galchev will hardly serve it: in 2009, "Eurocement Group" reduced production to 15.5 million tons with capacity 38 ml, and the price for cement fell from 4787 to 1890 rubles per ton.
