As Rumafia.com knew it, there is a criminal case against the famous architect Nana Hernandez-Getashvili in the producing of DIA CAD of Moscow. She is suspected of fraud with regard to clients. And these customers are very difficult - the Head of "Rostec" Sergey Chemezov and his wife Ekaterina Ignatova. The architect should have done interiors for giant mansion of an honored couple. Moreover, decor items, worth € 9 million, were bought exclusively in Italy. As a result of cooperation, the two sides felt themselves cheated. Clearly, Chemezov and his wife won.

Story with the interior of the Chemezov's manor is discussed now and in the offices of high-ranking officials, and in the offices of the largest businesses. Everybody joke about it. There is such a story from Rumafia.com source.

Chemezov's wife Ekaterina Ignatova and architect Nana Hernandez-Getashvili are familiar to each other for over 15 years. The latter makes the interior of many VIPs in the cottages that live on the Ruble, and is well received into these homes. When Chemezov and Ignatova built a new "family nest", Hernandez-Getashvili was invited to equip it. Consumables and furnishings were estimated at 9 million euros. Due to the fact, that they would not like to bother with money, Chemezov and Ignatova decided to give them in cash to the architect. Apparently, for the bureaucratic pair EUR 9 million is not so large sum. Relationships of Hernandez-Getashvili and spouses have been developed in the following way. The architect, as the general director of LLC "En Ji Cinema", has signed a loan agreement of 9 million euros with the CEO of LLC "Inter-Hals". "Inter-Hals" belongs to two offshores- Battard Holding SA and Jamila Property SA. However, we know that the ultimate beneficiary is Ignatova.

"Inter-Hals" became famous for that it got the most prestigious place in the territory of Rublevka – on the territory of Gorki – 2 a huge plot of land and built a cottage village "Lyubushkin's farm." There is a mansion of Chemezov and Ignatova, and it is terrible to think about its price, if only its interior items cost 9 million euros.

It is important that Ignatova directly or via offshore companies controls a huge number of firms, most of which are firmly "sitting" on the budget money. But that, as they say, is another story.

According to the agreement between the General Director of "Al Gee Cinema" and "Inter-Hals", the repayment of the loan must be carried with finishing materials and decor items.

Hernandez-Getashvili received from Ignatova a packet with 9 million euros and start purchasing all necessary in Europe, primarily in Italy. Goods typed on 40 trucks. Among other things, there were designer rugs for dogs of Chemezov and Ignatova. And it is absolutely correct. Pets of a political leader and his wife do not have to sleep on cheap rugs.

When finishing materials and decor items were collected, Hernandez-Getashvili went to Ignatova and said that the transportation of such a huge amount of goods and subsequent customs clearance will cost another 1.5 million. Chemezov's wife was very unhappy with such costs. Despite this, she asked the architect to deliver the goods at their own expense and promised to pay off already on her arrival in Russia.

As a result, 40 trucks arrived safely in Russia; "treasures" of the head of Rostec were unloaded at one of the warehouses of the Office of the President. Goods were taken for acts of acceptance, which were signed by the employees   "En Ji Cinema "and" Inter-Hals ".

Then the two former friends had a falling. Ekaterina Ignatova began to insist that abroad were purchased goods, which cost less than 9 million and Hernandez-Getashvili still owes her money for a European "shopping." Architect insisted that Ignatova must return 1.5 million euros for the transportation and customs clearance.

Hernandez-Getashvili tried to talk about it with Sergei Chemezov, but he took the side of his wife. Realizing that it will not end well for her, the architect went to Europe. And in December 2015, the Central District Department of Internal Affairs opened a case on her. However, an applicant was a general director of LLC "Inter-Hals", with whom the contract was signed, not Ignatova.
